Registration for Hershey Park Outing April 8-10, 2016

When: April 8-10, 2016
Where:  Hershey Park Campgrounds and Park
Arrive: St. Francis Parking Lot at 5:30 pm on Friday, April 8th
Return: St. Francis mid-afternoon on Sunday, April 10th

Troop 55 will camp out on Friday and Saturday night at Hershey Park Campground.  On Saturday morning scouts will have the chance to assist each other in advancement activities. Patrol Leaders and youth leaders are urged to attend. After lunch the troop will shuttle to Hershey’s Amusement Park to enjoy the rides and shows and stay until closing at 9pm.  A buddy system shall be used at all times.

We will bring our trailer with all troop and patrol equipment. Patrols are responsible for planning and preparing breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday. Scouts should bring a meal for the car ride on Friday evening and extra cash for snacks at Hershey Park and lunch on the Sunday return car ride.  Saturday dinner at Hershey Park is included in the price.  Scouts must attend the entire weekend to be eligible for the Hershey Park visit.

Early Payment Price:  There is a $105 for each scout and parent attending (This includes $20 transportation, admission to the park, meals and camping). THE TRANSPORTATION FEE IS WAIVED FOR BOTH SCOUT AND PARENT IF THE PARENT IS DRIVING.  ($85 driver/$105 non-driver)

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS March 30, 2016.  After this the price is $95 driver/$115 non-driver
