Jan. 2021 Outing – Snow Tubing at Bryce Resort

When: Sunday, January 24, 2021
Where: Bryce Resort – 1982 Fairway Dr., Basye, VA 22810
Time: Leave Great Falls ar 7:30am in small group, and return to home ~2:30PM 

We will head to Bryce Resort for small group snow tubing (meet at the car assignment departure location, detail check email before departure). Scouts will enjoy a day trip of snow tubing at Bryce Resort in Basye, VA. on Sunday. Scouts must arrive at departure location at 7am after having breakfast or have brought breakfast with them. 

Bryce Resort Snow Tubing Policies

COVID-19 Changes: Sessions start every half hour. A max of 40 tickets will be sold per half hour for 90 minute sessions to allow for social distancing. Face masks are required at all times for anyone over the age of 5. Social distancing will be enforced on the lift and on the tubing hill. 

• One person per tube
• Participants must be able to get in and out of the tube and lane quickly
• Please wear hiking boots or waterproof shoes (no ski boots)
• A conveyor belt will conveniently take you back to the top of the tubing hill after each run but some walking is required

Troop 55 COVID19 Risk and Liability Acknowledgement
Due to COVID-19 safety consideration, we require all scouts and adults wearing masks during car ride,  do not share food and drink, and do their best for social distance. By signing this registration, the participant(s) and the parents agree to the COVID19 risk and liability acknowledgement and agreement (Link here).

There is a $45 fee for each scout and parent attending (which includes a $15 transportation fee). The transportation fee is waived for both scout and parent if the parent is driving.

 Space is limited for reservation due to COVID restriction
