********** USNA STEM Program/Schedule Information (Please check https://navyperforms.showare.com for latest update********************

Proof of vaccination/negative PCR tests and masks are no longer required at the Naval Academy. However, as of 3/14, if you desire to attend the Keynote Speaker and Admissions Brief at Camp Letts Saturday night and/or spend the night at Camp Letts, you are still required to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours to attend. We will inform all participants if this changes.

We apologize for the change, but the date of the Jamboree will now be Saturday, April 23rd, 2022. We hope this will give troops more time to prepare and allow more scouts to participate. The Jamboree will still be happening at the US Naval Academy, and optional tent-only sites at Camp Letts will be open from Friday evening, April 22nd, till Sunday morning, April 24th. Overnight campers will also be responsible for transportation between Camp Letts and the Navy Marine Corps Memorial Stadium on Saturday (see below for a detailed schedule).

All participants ages 12 years and up are required to show proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival. Masks will be worn at all times except when outside or actively eating.

This year, your scouts will be able to earn two merit badges, with one morning class and one afternoon class. In addition to merit badge courses, we will also be offering lessons in Leadership and on our Yard Patrol Squadron (Yard Patrol vessels are small Navy boats and will be taught in simulators and/or on the boats themselves, pending staffing). Please see the ticket page for a full listing of merit badges and other offered courses. All scouts are welcome to participate in all parts of the Jamboree.

Your scouts will also get the chance to hear from an Academy admissions representative, along with a distinguished guest speaker.

If you bought tickets for the original date, refunds will be issued shortly.

Please note, there are three types of tickets*:
1) Tickets for adults for the Jamboree only (to include shirt, patch, and lunch)
2) Tickets for scouts for the Jamboree only (to include shirt, patch, and lunch)
3) Tickets for Friday and Saturday night at Camp Letts only (one ticket covers both nights)
*Each kind of ticket is only valid for one participant

Tickets will come off sale on Friday, April 8th at 4pm or when we reach our maximum capacity. Merit badge assignments and pre-requirements will be sent out after that point.
