September 2016 Rappahannock River Canoe Outing – By Jacob Hochstein (Vikings Patrol) The September canoe outing was great fun.  We stayed in a camp ground near the river that has been persevered for campers such as our troop for over 45 years.  Although we very near Fredericksburg it felt like we were in the deep wood.
