Boy Scout from BSA Troop 55 was on the front cover of the Winter 2015 edition of “The Scouter Digest (National Capital Area Council)”. Scouts participated the NCAC ‘s “Veterans Day Wreath Laying” service at Washington DC , met with veterans and passed out roses to them as a way of thanking them for their service to our country.
