April 9 Court of Honor:
Historians report
Troop 55 held its latest Court of Honor (COH) on April 9. Our Troop holds a COH once a quarter. This special event is an opportunity to recognize the accomplishments and achievements of the scouts. Family members are encouraged to attend, especially for scouts who are receiving a rank advancement. Moms (or another adult family member) come up on stage with their scout and receive a rank pin. A total of 18 merit badges and 14 rank advancements were awarded. Way to go scouts! Also at this COH our newest scouts and their families were introduced, and the new scouts received their Handbooks. The last COH for this year is scheduled for Wednesday
June 11, 7:30 PM–please plan to attend.
