Resica Falls – Register for Summer Camp 2018

Summer Camp at Resica Falls Scout Reservation
June 24 – June 30, 2018

Resica Falls is located in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.  

Situated in the beautiful Pocono Mountains, Resica Falls Scout Reservation is a 4200+ acre Scouting Paradise. Set in what seems like an endless track of mountain trails, clear streams, and waterfalls is an amazing program of activities for Scouts to enjoy for their summer camp experience. Resica Falls offers more than 65 merit badges, including 11 required for Eagle. More information can be found on their website www.resicafalls.org.

• $475 early bird fee until March 1, 2018
• $475 for all new scouts who join Troop 55 after February 1 until May 1, 2018
• $550 after March 1, 2018 (increase applies to new scouts after May 1)

HEALTH FORMS – Due June 1. All scouts and leaders must submit TWO (2) copies of the Medical Form found on the www.BSA55.com website.  The medical form must be signed by a doctor within 12 months of the last day of camp.

Blank BSA Health form – print, complete carefully, make copies and bring to a Wednesday meeting.  Remember to make copies of both sides of your insurance card.

Forms can be deposited in the Summer Camp box at all scout meetings. See Mr. Olsen or Mrs. Burke if you have questions about summer camp.

New!!  Merit Badge information here!  Scouts (other than New Scout patrol) should use this to identify which merit badges you’d like to work on at camp, paying particular attention to the prerequisite information and the map for planning your day.  Fill in the “2018 Merit Badge Schedule” and for each time slot, indicate a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice in case classes are already full.  Bring the completed form to the table at any Wednesday meeting.
